Labatt Lite is a lager with
4.0% alc./vol. It was introduced in 1977 as the first "light"
product in Canada, initially called Labatt Special Lite.
        Labatt Lite uses a patented
fermentation process, in which the beer is brewed to a lower caloric
content while retaining full flavor (this process minimizes carbohydrate
content in finished product). This brewing process delivers a truly
dry taste - minimal sweetness and low aftertaste.
